We love this silly goose girl.
Mallory has started talking so much over the last couple of weeks. Some cute things she says:
Ruff Ruff (dog), Me Cookie You Cookie, Daddy Bye Bye, Daddy Home, Jesus, Please, Where'd ____ go? Oh yeah!, Apple, Juice, Toast, Nana, Baby, Maya
ZoZos (Zoey), Kaia, Clara, Baby, Bib
Mallory is daring as can be, climbing up jungle gyms and going down slides all on her own.
She doesn't love ice cream, but she does love pretty much all other foods.
To go to bed at nap time and at night, we say a little prayer, and then she lays her head on my shoulder while I sing a few songs. She loves to sleep with her Pooh Bear and her baby. She's such a sweet little girl. She is always wearing a pair of shoes - the first pair she can find - no matter who they belong to. She also loves to wear her bows or hats or sunglasses... any type of accessory. She loves to see "ruff ruffs" and can spot them from a mile away. She squeals with delight to see any type of bird or animal or insect. (She's had a ball with our ant infestation!) Mallory is the one who reminds us to pray before every meal and every snack. She loves to sing "Itsy Bitsy Spider", "Wheels on the Bus", and "If the Savior Stood Beside Me". She finishes each line of this song with "I do...." Mallory is learning to love to play with her big sister, but sometime she still needs her space and isn't keen on sharing. Whether I'm loading or unloading the dishwasher, she is trying to close it the entire time. She loves to read stories. Any time I'm sitting on the floor Indian style, she'll come right to me and sit in my lap and say, "Where'd the book go?" After our trip to California, she in constantly reminding me that Tia, Papa, Gma, Lala, Carson, and the Sky went "bye bye." She says this with so much concern, it almost brings me to tears each time. If anyone is ever on the phone, Mallory wants to say "Hi!" She'll bring me the phone during the day, and request that we call Daddy. She loves hearing his voice on the other end when he picks up. She'll walk around with the phone saying "Hi Daddy!" over and over. If I ever wonder where Mallory is, she has most likely managed to climb on top of a sink to play in the water. She loves to play in the sinks! And I'm amazed how quickly she can climb so high! I just love this baby... who all of sudden isn't so much a baby. She's been my easy going, happy girl. Mallory will cuddle with me and is happy to hold my hand wherever we go. She's discovering that the world is full of so much adventure, and is really happy to do it all!
I love you, Mallory!

What a sweet girl! I am dying to meet her.
We love you, too, Mallory! Kaia still thinks you're in the car. It's been a month. Get out of the car and back to us, already!!!
